Everything You Need to Know About Oshkosh

If your calendar is open from July 23-29, then there’s still time to make it the best week of your entire summer! And if it’s not, then you’re going to want to change your plans – because the World’s Greatest Aviation Celebration is one party do not want to miss!

EAA Airventure OshKosh is our favorite fly-in event of the year, bringing together the rich history of aircrafts, daily airshows, some of the most interesting aircrafts in the world and over 1000 workshops and exhibits all in one place. That means you can join ten thousand fellow aircraft lovers for a whole week of learning, entertainment and exploration into the world of aviation!

You’ll see vintage aircrafts you’ve only read about in books and discover the latest innovations in aviation engineering and technology. The sky’s the limit with once-in-a-lifetime flight experiences in historic aircrafts and sightseeing helicopters. Plus, the kids will love the hands-on demonstrations and presentations at KidVenture®.

You don’t even have to be an aviation enthusiast (like we are) to have an unforgettable week at Oshkosh. The expansive campgrounds feature a long list of amenities to offer drivers and pilots alike the ultimate camping experience. History buffs will marvel as they take flight in World War II-era bombers or partake in special events commemorating the centennial of the final year of World War I. You can even plan to catch an evening movie at the Fly In Theater, shop and craft your own jewelry and accessories at the activities center or jam out to live music by Dustin Lynch and Maddie & Tae!
