Channel 2 News Holds Photoshoot at the Downtown Manhattan Heliport

This week, the Channel 2 News team visited Saker JRB for an on-location team photoshoot.
The Channel 2 team brought their city-famous anchors to the beautiful Downtown Manhattan Heliport to take advantage of the scenic views and beautiful summer weather for a company photoshoot.

Pictured above is is April Rogers, Saker JRB Administrative Assistant, accompanied by Jennifer Hancox, Senior Writer Producer for WCBS, and Bruce Brauer, the Vice President of Creative Services for WCBS. It was an absolute pleasure having the entire Weather Team for WCBS join us at JRB for this photoshoot. Pictured below is Brian Tolbert, FBO Heliport Manager next to Elise Finch, Meteorologist, April Roger of Saker, John Elliot, Meteorologist, Lonnie Quinn, Chief Weather caster and Vanessa Murdoch, Evening Weather Anchor.

The Downtown Manhattan Heliport has been a production set for some very talented people over the years. Saker Aviation Services, the operator of the heliport, had the pleasure of working with Sony Pictures on the 2014 version of “Annie”. In addition, American sportscaster, radio personality and actor Dan Patrick visited the heliport to shoot a segment for The Dan Patrick Show.

Whether you have a photo shoot, a film production, or need a unique venue for an event consider using our one-of-a-kind location – Saker Aviation at the Downtown Manhattan Heliport.
